What We Do

Four Pathways. One Model of Participation.

Each programme is deliberately narrow, evidence-grounded, and connected to the other four through a single model of change.

Programme Design

How We Build Programmes That Last

01

Community Needs Assessment

Every programme begins with deep listening — structured needs assessments with community members, local leaders, and potential participants.

02

Co-Design With Specialist Partners

Programme design is collaborative — with educators, accessibility specialists, employers, and vocational trainers who bring expertise we don't have alone.

03

Pilot, Measure, Refine

Before scaling, we pilot each pathway in a defined setting, measure outcomes against pre-set indicators, and refine the model based on evidence.

04

Local Leadership

Scaling is not about deploying external staff — it is about training local leaders and progressively transferring programme ownership.

05

Sustained Monitoring & Learning

Active programmes are assessed on our Input → Output → Outcome → Impact framework, with findings published — including where results fall short.

06

Independence by Design

We plan for our own reduced role from day one. A sustainable programme is one a participant, and eventually a community, no longer needs.

Deliberate Focus

Focus Over Breadth

We chose four connected pathways deliberately, rather than attempting to address every form of disadvantage everywhere. Working deeply in a small number of interconnected areas lets us measure real outcomes — and be honest, publicly, about what is and isn't working.

Nous avons choisi quatre parcours connectés de manière délibérée, plutôt que de tenter de répondre à toutes les formes de désavantage partout. Travailler en profondeur dans un petit nombre de domaines interconnectés nous permet de mesurer de vrais résultats.
