We Measure What Matters, and Publish What We Find.
Every pathway is assessed against the same evidence framework — from resources deployed, through to lasting change.
Input → Output → Outcome → Impact
We assess every programme against a four-stage framework. Independent external evaluation and public reporting are part of that framework from the outset, not an afterthought.
Input
The resources deployed: funding, people trained, technology and equipment provided, partners engaged.
Output
What is directly produced: people enrolled or reached, staff trained and certified, environments made accessible, employers engaged.
Outcome
What changes for participants: readiness achieved, learning gained, employment secured, stability reached.
Impact
The wider, longer-term change: sustained economic participation, community-level inclusion, and — where relevant — shifts in policy or practice.
What We Can Currently Stand Behind
We are early in publishing programme-level results against this framework, and we would rather show that honestly than publish figures we cannot fully stand behind. As independently verified, audited results become available for a pathway, they will be published here — with the evaluation source and date attached.
What We Are Building the Capacity to Measure
Each pathway is designed around indicators we intend to track and publish as our monitoring and evaluation capacity matures. These are the categories we are building toward — not results achieved to date.

What We Don't Do
We don't publish targets as results
Forward planning goals are always labelled as goals. We do not present a five-year target, or any internal planning figure, as an achieved outcome.
We don't claim what we can't substantiate
We do not publish a partnership, a geography, or an outcome we cannot stand behind if a journalist, a ministry, or an employer partner checks it.
We don't evaluate ourselves alone
Independent external evaluation is part of our framework from the outset — including publishing where a result falls short of a goal.
